Union of Catholic Mothers (UCM)
The St. Boniface UCM welcomes all women in the parish who wish to belong to an established group of around 30 ladies, of all ages, married and unmarried, who enjoy life both within the parish family and socially in a variety of activities.
Our programme is planned each term to enhance our spiritual growth, along with a large helping of social fun! During the last year we have held a fashion show and hosted the Inter-Foundation Quiz evening and enjoyed several fund-raising events. We joined Lordswood foundation for a day retreat and also held our own at St. Dominic’s Priory in the New Forest.
Not all ladies can attend regular meetings, many have young children or some cannot come out in the evenings. For these ladies, who still wish to support the UCM and pray for our continuing success, we have the Friends’ Circle. You can stay in touch with a regular newsletter and invitations to join in any of the activities.
